Bluetooth Speaker Volume too low on my Mackbook Pro

Out of a sudden, my bluetooth speaker barely gives any sound whatsoever. I need to have (both mac and speaker) on max volume in order to listen anything. The problem doesn't exist if I connect through cable.

I've tried access 'AUDIO MIDI SETUP' but it didn't work.

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, Stieglitz!

I understand you've noticed that when you play audio from your MacBook Pro to your Bluetooth speaker, the volume for both must be set very high in order to head the sound. I see you've also tried the speaker directly connected to your MacBook, and it works just fine. I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot this issue.

Check if there may be some Bluetooth interference causing this issue: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference

Also, test to see if this same issue happens with other devices connected to Bluetooth.

I hope this helps you out.

Have a great week ahead!
