I connected bluetooth speakers to my MacBook Air and it worked great. But, once I disconnected and tried using just the sound from my laptop speakers, then sound is so low I can barely hear it even though the volume is turn up to the maximum. Help!

Try - System Preferences >> Sound and make sure the computer has switched back to use Internal Speakers. If correct and still low sound do a SMC Reset
Good so the issue is resolved. Enjoy normal usage
