Apple ID issues

Hi this is Abby. I have an Iphone 6s Plus and when I try to download/ update my phone it says my apple ID is disabled. I am not sure why it does that i have tried to make a different password but I don’t know what to do. It has been doing this for probably about 5 months now. It has gotten to the point where I can’t even use certain of my apps because they aren’t updated. Please get back to me and let me know what I can do to get it to work again.

Reset its password (and then log out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support


If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
