Can only make calls via Bluetooth since last iOS update

when I make or answer calls I cannot hear or be heard on the phone, additionally I cannot switch to speaker. The speak works when playing Music etc and I can make an receive call via a Bluetooth device as normal.

I have reset the decive and factory reset , with no change.

Unable to hear calls unless on speaker phone When I make a call, the speaker icon flashes on and off and I am unable to hear anybody unless I tap the speaker icon again and have the call on speakerphone. There are no bluetooth devices connected and all of my software is upto date, any suggestions?

Not able call through iPhone 7 My iPhone 7 suddenly not showing speaker button while making call. even receiving call also not able to hear anything. speaker is ok as i am able to hear songs. i have restarted my phone. also updated the latest iOS. bluetooth handset is working. So I need to use Bluetooth device to make calls. even audio recording is also not happening. it seems it’s mic is stop working please suggest solution.

What happens when you disconnect the Bluetooth? Have you got mute on? Check the switch on the left it should not be red. Ta
