Not registering one days activity

On Jan 10, my watch seemed to delete all my progress on my rings but didn’t delete the actual data. All day my rings were closing. I even did a 45 min workout. However, my rings show 0 activity which I know is only possible if you just didn’t put your watch on that day. It worked before this as well as after this but this one day is making me mad!!! How do I fix it??
