Unable to block sketchy text from FreeMsg

I received a text from a contact called FreeMsg. I looked at the info and it doesn’t show me a number or an email address, and when I attempt to block it, it doesn’t let me. The text was: Ice Cubes:1/2 cup 2 tablespoons plain whole-milk 2 ripe medium peaches, pitted and quartered 4 large basil leaves

**** I don’t give my number out so I don’t understand where this person or company could have found my number. Any ideas? Or any solutions? I don’t want this number to contact me again.
