So we get unwanted texts messages from “Liz “ they are for miscellaneous items and services. We get 10 to 20 sometimes a week. I go in and block the number every-time, problem is they just use another number! This spam group must have thousands of numbers At their disposal. We never reply to any of these texts. Any idea on how to get rid of “Liz” without changing the number we have had for years?

Unfortunately, there is not other way. Those span text senders just spoof more numbers and keep sending those texts. I understand that you cannot be blocking every number or you will end with a large unmanageable list.
I recommend that you deal with this patiently. Delete those texts and over time they will subside. You can, of course, change your phone number, however the efforts associated with that act will be much greater then deleting unwanted texts.
