Have just been fiddling some more, and my perception is that as long as I'm clicking among apps that contain documents, it works fine. But as soon as I click on one app where the documents section is empty, all the apps appear empty.
Hi, I have this problem too... I've reported more than one year ago, but nothing happens. I also open a post in previous version of Discussions. Apple not fix this bug. I think it could be a driver bug, because it happens also with Macroplant iPhone Explorer. Anyone found a fix for this annoying bug?
Hi, can anyone help me on the same issue? I just bought an App named "forScore" and transferred many musical score from iTunes to my iPad 2. I later discovered that I made some mistakes and would like to delete all the files in iTunes under File Sharing but the Document list is empty! I couldn't find any of my files, including books downloaded from Kindle. The list is just EMPTY! Please help!
boringdeath, I think your problem is different from us. Anyway, try to reinstall iTunes.
So, anyone having ios5 beta can see if this problem is fixed?
Hi,
I have the same problem, the Apps I have are Goodreader, AVplayerHD, and Pdf-note. I checked with Apple Studio in Thailand, they said they have never heard of this problem. I called Apple with 001 800 number, the call centre in Singapore was helpful, but seemed to be unaware of the problem, which I mentioned that I have seen more than one cases of similar problem reported among the various web fora. The solutions I attempted were reseting Ipad, deleting the Apps and putting them back, but nothing worked. The call centre's advice was ultimately to reinstall Ipad, but I have seen from this forum that it did not work either. So, I have not tried it.
Would appreciate it if anybody can make progress on the issue, will definietly keep watching this page.
Hi boonlert, the only thing we can do is to report this issue on Apple, hoping that they fix it.
