Epson XP 410 no print

Running IMac os mojave 10.1.4 Epson XP 410 will not print. it connects but nothing prints when requested by computer or air print. Went to website and downloaded update driver and utility package, and when prompted to print test page, it printed but all in very light blue. Ink is full. Have tried to print an email and all that prints is the header all in very light blue and nothing else. Connected by wi-fi and usb. any ideas?

I have an Epson WorkForce and have observed these two things that may help.

Epson updated their firmware for my printer within the last week. I have the Epson iPrint app on my iPhone, which is able to check for firmware updates and transmit them to the printer if they exist.
When I get a result like the very light blue print you mentioned, I do two things. One or both should help:
1. Clean the printer heads.
2. Print in black and white.
