Unable to view Purchase History - login loop
Every time I try to access my purchase history (either via my phone settings or through the iTunes app on my computer), it prompts me to "Sign in to iTunes Store" using my Apple ID and password. The system specifies the Apple ID for me, so I only have the opportunity to put in my password.
When I do this, it displays a screen saying "Loading Purchase History", and then the same pop up appears again prompting me for my password. I've tried multiple times, and it never takes me any further.
I can see that this very issue was once brought up in this forum in Can't view my purchase history on App Sto… - Apple Community, but with no real solution. I know my credentials are correct because I am using them successfully in other areas.
This seems to me to be a bug. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there any solution?
