Why does it say that this is not eligible for a refund

accidentally purchased a subscription to an app and now it says that it is not eligible for a refund. Why is that? And what can I do to get a refund?

All purchases are considered final as you know, any refunds are at iTunes Support's discretion. As well as the 'report a problem' site (assuming that's what you are using) you could try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
