Hello! I am not familiar with Numbers, is there a way to program cells to change to a specific cell fill color automatically based on the number? For example, 100-90 would turn blue, 89-80 would turn green, etc.

select the cell(s), then open the cell formatter:
Then click the button "Conditional Highlighting…"
Then click the button "Add a Rule"
Then select "greater than or equal to" from the list.
Set up as shown:
