How to stop various apps from asking for password on public Mac

Hi there, I am signing into a Mac using a public internet password. Our administrator requires us to change our password every once and a while. I can still sign in using the new password but a whole bunch of popups from various apps such as safari terminal mail pages and so on ask for a password. Entering in older passwords disable the popups but only for this log in. How do I delete the saved passwords on this Mac key chain isn't enabled so its getting it from somewhere else. I never save any passwords in safari or other internet browsers.

So a where are these popups coming from

and b how do I disable them for good on this Mac for all future logins.

Remember this is a public computer that I sign in with an internet generated password

Thanks for the explanation. Please refer to If your Mac keeps asking for the login keychain password ...

Excerpt:

After you or your Mac administrator resets the password of your macOS user account, your Mac might ask you to update your keychain password or enter the password of your login keychain. It might also tell you that the system was unable to unlock your login keychain. That's because your login keychain is still using your old password.

Follow the remainder of that Support document's instructions.

Hey there I must not have been clear in my question and I apologize for that.

The computer in question is one of my schools I macs which they allow anyone with a school email and password to use. These passwords are saved and changed via the internet.

Each user has a profile when they sign into the mac using their school email and the password that is tied to that account.

However, for security purposes we are required to change our password every couple months. This is when I noticed the issue after changing my password.

Upon log in several pop ups stating the following appear

Safari wants to use the "Local Items" keychain.

Please enter the keychain password.

I'm not sure what the password is since its not what my old password was or my current password.

Safari is locked until said password is entered

I have contatced my admin but they take forever to respond to this type of stuff.

A Mac is not designed for communal use in the manner you describe.

Macs are designed for multiple users but each user of that Mac should have his or her own User Account. Each of them can and should decide if, when, and how often their passwords should be changed.

How do I delete the saved passwords on this Mac key chain isn't enabled ...

You can prevent Keychain from automatically populating saved passwords by deleting those Keychains. Use Keychain Access to do that, but Keychain Access is specifically designed to use a "master password" linked to its User Account. If you delete that Keychain then be prepared to provide a password with just about every action: Terminal, Mail, Pages are just the start.

... so its getting it from somewhere else.

There is no "somewhere else".

From what you describe using a Mac in the manner you describe will be inconvenient to the point of uselessness. Whatever administrator you're taking about must certainly be aware of that fact.

I don't know what an "internet generated password" is.
