call options on my iPhone 7

Every time I make a call options come up on my iPhone 7 with a tick next to iPhone,then there is the option of speaker and Bluetooth dos anyone know how to get rid of this it’s really annoying TIA

how to stop a popup option of audio output during call on iPhone I have an iPhone 11. But the same issue was on my previous iPhone 7. Bluetooth is OFF and is never on. I do not have linked calls set up. I never have had linked calls on this phone. During call normally you can tap on the speaker button and audio will output from the speaker. But when I tap on the speaker, it appears an option with choice. So every time I need to tap on the speaker button and next choose one of two options: audio or speaker. Again: I have never had of any other Bluetooth speaker devices. And this is really annoying when I need to change audio output to speaker with one tap on the button I get a choice and have to tap a second time. I use last version of iOS. I tried to reset the iPhone. As I said there was the same issue with my iPhone 7. So I think it somehow connected with my Apple ID or iCloud maybe idk. Please help how to get rid of this.

iPhone answering calls over Bluetooth automatically Whenever I am connected to a bluetooth device, my phone automatically connects the call without me pressing a button. I have gone into settings>Accessibility>Touch>Call audio routing and "auto-answer calls" is already turned off. Is there anything I am missing? ios 15.4.1 iphone 12 pro

Incoming calls do not go to Bluetooth headset My Bluetooth headset is on, I just finished calling someone, but when a new call comes in — my iPhone switches back to normal, not to the headset, and I have to do the switch manually on my phone. How can I correct this?

Try going to Settings>General>Accessibility>and see if "Call Audio Routing" under the Interaction section is set to Automatic.
