Apple Pay and Wallet issues

I've been trying for several days to add a debit card to my wallet. I get to the stage where the wallet app recieve a notification red dot with number 1 in it but does not get process to verify the card. The bank have confirmed that the card is verified ate there end I've removed the +44 from phone number confirmed postal address match. But no joy. If I switch notification on and off the the red dot appears and reappears. I've updated to the latest version of iso on phone. I shut down and restarted app, I shut down and restarted phone. HELP!!! sending me mad

Hi, Tried all those, tried adding card on differnt iphone (my wife's) no problem, added a different card and sucsessful. Checked phone number, check address, like I said there is a notification pending in wallet (red dot with number 1), but not being processed. I recieved e-mail saying the I have registaered a vard for aple pay but on wallet screen " Verification required" and when I try I get Verification Not Available Try again in a few minutes it been a week now!!!

Hi Tried deleting and adding again and verifing whilst of the phone with the bank and the red dot with the number when away and came back again as before the bank confirmed that the card had been validated but the phone again is not processing the notification.
