My Apple Pay stopped working it keeps asking me to verify my payment information

My Apple Pay stopped working all of a sudden it keeps asking me to verify my payment information and the information is correct. I’ve signed out of my Apple ID, I restarted my devices, I remove the card and put the card back on and it’s still not working still wants me to verify. Please help! and I don’t know if this is a coincidence but this was after I updated to iOS 13.5

I just had a tech support conversation with Apple. It seems as though the problem of the card payment solved by itself naturally. My subscriptions were mostly back in order. 




I have no problems with using my iPhone ApplePay when at physical shops outside.




Now when I want to purchase an App, my MacBook says : 




Your payment method will be charged for this purchase and your app will begin to download immediately. : Buy.




Verification required. 




Click Billing Info to verify your billing information. You won’t be able to make any purchases in the App Store until you verify your billing information. : Billing Info.




Manage Payments


Payment Methods : {my card is here} (Apple Pay)


This is your default payment method. (No warning message)




Edit Payment Information


You will not be charged until you make a purchase. 


{my card is here} (no warning message)




I try to buy an app again. 




The same screens and messages repeat themselves. 




It seems impossible to purchase from Apple App Store now.
