Recovery Email Sent to iCloud Email

Hello,

Recently I repaired an old iPad of mine. However, I had forgotten the password to its Apple ID and the security questions to them.

Unfortunately, when i attempted to send the recovery password email to my backup email, I realised it was sent to the same iCloud email address as the Apple ID.

Since I am locked out from my Apple ID account, I will not be able to access the recovery password email in the iCloud email. Any ideas on how to solve this? I am at a lost.
