Quicktime Player 10.4 is not giving me option to export movi file as MPEG-4

I need (urgently) to convert 3 .mov files to MPEG-4. I don't have that option available on options . Only have 720p or 480p or Audio

QuickTime Player isn’t the ideal tool for conversions that aren’t in the preset sizes and format, as you found out.

I like to use ff·Works for video conversions. It uses ffmpeg under the hood. Very powerful, flexible and fast, but the interface takes some getting used to. Luckily it has lots of presets to make it fairly easy to get going. It allows passthrough of streams, to keep quality as-is, when possible.

If your MOV files are known to contain streams that are already MP4 compliant, then a remuxer tool like Subler may do the job. This tool doesn’t convert video or audio, but does output MP4, even if the source was a different ‘container’.
