If you have access to the old ID, you can cancel your subscription.

All purchases made using an Apple ID are tied to the ID. Delete the ID and you will need to download them using your new ID.

A charged made years ago using my old email address, shows up on my billing. I asked that this would stopped and deleted. The charged was stopped, but was given a small reimbursement and instructed to get rid of old work email address. I can not access the old email address any longer and it was under an different Apple ID then. I wonder how they can charge me since my Apple Id changed when I retired.
