Can no longer make or receive calls or update my phone

My phone indicates either No Service or Searching even though I am connected to my home network. I am unable to upload an update without internet. I’m in a loop.

Thanks KB-I found those tips earlier and followed each step except resetting to default settings. Nothing worked
