Screen looks fine up to about 30-degrees, then artifacts when open 30+ degress

Hi all. My MBP Touch Bar (2016) was working great...then one morning I opened my screen and it was covered in pink and green lines. External monitors worked fine. Today, I opened it and noticed that the image was perfect from about 0-30-degrees and it's past that when thinks get messy.

It seems like a cable issue. Any idea if this is a cable I can replace or is this the one that is nearly impossible to replace?

Hello everdown,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you are having display issues on your MacBook Pro that vary as you open the display. These same issues are not present on an external display. I agree that there appears to be something hardware related wrong with the display on your MacBook Pro. I would recommend taking a look at the following support article for options to get your computer serviced.

Best regards.
