Visual Voicemail

I bought a refurbished iPhone 6 and I am unable to set up visual voicemail It does not show if I have a VM and when I hit VM tab a screen comes up to call VN. My carrier can't help. I sent first phone back and got another, same problem.

Visual VoiceMail is a carrier feature. Your carrier is the only one who can help. Call them back and escalate the call. Assuming your carrier actually supports Visual VoiceMail, it must be properly provisioned on your line.
