Refund for charge that i dont recognize

Im being charged for a game that i never bougth and its causing me to not to be able to update and get apps from apple store i would like to get it resolve

If you claim you never downloaded the app (I assume you've changed the account's password if you are saying it's been hacked) contact iTunes Support and see what they say : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
