Homescapes by Playrix on Mac will not open after 2 updates

Homescapes used to open fine everyday on my mac with High Sierra but since their xmas update the icon simply bounces in the dock and then disappears. I contacted them several times and they said to try several things but nothing works. Today theres been another update so I tried this one and still it does the same? Ive contacted them again but I am wondering if its something to do with my mac and not their updates.

I get a report each time with heaps of gobbledygook...not sure if I should send this to apple each time or not?

Any suggestions as to what to do please? My mac version is 10.13.6 and Homescapes is 2.3.0

It is the responsibility of the developer to maintain operating system compatibility of their application. If you are receiving an onscreen application crash report (send to Apple), and you are not running any anti-virus products, and you haven't run out of storage, then there is little you can do as an end user — except continue contacting the vendor, and hoping for an update that does work.

Thanks for your reply.

No I do not have anti virus products installed and I have mega storage available :(

I have looked and noticed that the game update was a week or so after an osx security update.

Likewise today I updated the game before noticing that there was a security update and the game didnt work.

So I am trying again now but deleting everything related to the game.

I have done security update and am now downloading the game again.

If it doesn't work this time arrrghhh
