My earpiece doesn’t work
After my iPhone 7s plus updated to iOS 12.1.3 I have only been able to receive calls and make calls through Bluetooth.

Try the following:
- Power off and then back on
- Do a hard reset (Press and hold the Power button and depress the Home button until the Apple logo appears)
- Connect to iTunes and restore to factory settings
If still problem it appears you have a hardware problem and service seems to be required
