can't actived the iphone 7

i've got an issue with my iphone 7 it can't recognize a sim cart anymore and the network is always on "search" so i tried to reset the iphone then it blocked on the manual configuration and can't be activated. i'm stock there and can do anything with my iphone anymore. I need a help please i can't buy another iphone right now
