What are the SPI messages found in Diagnostic Messages ASL

For months now, I have dealt with an x wife who successfully put spyware on my phone because my daughter knew my Apple ID, along with this I have had all sorts of weird going ons on my iMac. I am pasting what I found in the Diagnostic Messages Asl in private/var/log/

I had to drag the file into text wrangler, and then I deleted gremlins... I guess those are characters that the app can't necessarily read, but what is left after is what I am pasting below. What I see a great deal of is "SPI" those 3 letters together, and a lot of YES NO YES NO YES all the way through it, It wouldn't all fit here, I had to delete quite a bit to fit the 5000 character . Please let me know if this makes any sense to you.
