Activity Stopped working on Apple Watch

I updated my Apple Watch this weekend and now my move & exercise rings stopped working. They just sit at 0. Is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

Try and press the crown and side button in until the Apple logo Appears. Try using a workout.
