Apple Watch problem
After an update on 1/26/18, the move ring and exercise ring stopped working on my Apple Watch. The stand ring is still working. What can I do to fix it?
iPhone 8 Plus, 12

Make sure both your watch AND your iPhone are correctly updated. You should be seeing (today) iOS 12.1.3 and WatchOS 5.1.3 which were released as a pair.
You're saying the rings don't work on your watch - what about in the activity app on your iPhone? Do the rings mirror the watch, or is there a mismatch?
Try checking the device priorities in the Health app, you may find your watch has slipped down the list after the update and iPhone is now the preferred device, or something equally irrational. Apart from that, you could try rebooting both devices (forced reset) and if that doesn't help, try unpairing then re-pair to force reloading the watch software.
