Apple watch series 5 activity ring is not working
My apple watch activity ring is not working. I rang the help desk who advised to update the software in both phone and the watch. After doing so, the problem still exists.
Very frustrating. Bad product
It does not even show the minutes on the watch. I have to go the phone to see the minutes used.
The green ring does not move at all after I have updated the software.
It was moving for like 3-5 minutes only before the update. Now it does not move at all.
