Watch Storage

Trying to understand Watch-4 storage. Look at the image below. There is 7.3G available and 5.4G used. 7.3 + 5.4 = 12.7 The Watch has 16G total storage. I'm concluding that 3.3G is use by the OS. Correct?

Now, look at the details show in the right-hand column. Obviously my music is the largest consumer of storage but adding up the figures doesn't even come close to the 5.4G total being used. What am I missing here? For the record, everything below Voicemail is zero.

I have 9.1 GB Available and 3.4 GB used for a total of 12.5 GB. I don't show any one application using more than 869 MB, but I have at least 47 applications. I didn't take the time to add them all up. You say that everything below Voicemail is zero. On my watch App Voicemail is the last listing. I have never been able to make an exact accounting of my storage on either of my devices.
