How can I restore a deleted backup in iTunes?
I deleted my backup from iTunes by mistake, I can find it in my computer but how do I restore it back to iTunes so I can back up my phone?

If you deleted a backup set from the location where they are stored then simply copying the folder back to the same location may not be sufficient for iTunes to recognize it. In that case what may work is to make a new backup, then rename the folders such that the old backup replaces the new one. This assumes that your restored backup is complete and internally consistent, which it might not be if it spent some time in the trash and space was needed for other files.
