many people say to turn iMessage off and on again, but I can’t because it says I’m not signed in. And when I try to sign in, it gives me another error message. What do I do? I really need to active FaceTime and iMessage

ive looked at that, as I said, i can’t turn messages on and off again because I’m signed out, and I can’t sign in.
And what did Apple support say when you contacted them about the issue, since you've looked at that link and it states to Contact Apple support?
