PS Upon reflection, I think I may not have understood your problem correctly. Is it the form of the "drink" character which is wrong? If so, this is caused by the wrong font being used, Japanese instead of Chinese (the two languages have different forms):

To fix this, go to settings > general > language and make sure that Chinese is higher on the list than Japanese.

It sounds to me more like a bug in the iOS version of the app you are using, and the people who make it will have to fix that.

If you can demonstrate that the keyboard is producing the wrong character in one of the Apple apps (mail, safari, message, notes, pages, etc), then post pictures of that here and let Apple know via

It is an app for learning Chinese. I think the problem with keyboard causes errors to the characters in that app too. I tested this app with other phone that theirs keyboard don’t have problems like me, they didn’t show any errors in that app at all. This is the reason why I want to fix the problem with keyboard.
