Bluetooth version for IPhone XR

iPhone XR shows version 4.2 on my device under Settings>General >About>Bluetooth. However Apple support says that’s not the version no, they are just numbers. And it’s expected behaviour and your device will support BT5.

Thanks , but what does it exactly state under Bluetooth in the settings tab.? If someone has an XR and can let me know plz.
