back camera and phone speaker not working
Just after I had Apple change my battery, my back camera and phone speaker stopped working. Could the repair have caused the damage?

It's possible. take it back to them.

We can't diagnose that issue remotely.
Make an appointment at the Apple store where your battery was replaced. They'll give you all the available options.
