in my phone camera is not working the Portrait camera an my iPhone speaker is not working good

We can't diagnose those issues remotely.

Since your device is still on warranty period, have it inspected at an Apple Store or AASP. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options: Apple – Location Selector
