Bug in Star Trek Fleet Command

I have been playing this game for several months spending money on this game and have several times now been cleared of hundreds of dollars of resources that I had purchased via Apple Pay.

this game has some sort of bug/ cheat that has caused me to lose money. I have reached out to the developer to no avail.

Scopely - Star Trek Fleet Command I'm very disappointed in this app. I have contacted the developer repeatedly about issues with purchases and bugs within the app. I am requesting a full refund for their inability to provide a stable game. I have given them three months of free testing and reporting. Events do not work as promised including rewards. Purchases of packs do not provide what is promised. Server updates take place and when the server comes back online I am left unshielded and easily raided for resources. I do not believe this app should be available via the itunes store as it does not properly work and does not represent the high standards I've come to expect from apple and its marketplace. I wish to be refunded for all in-app purchases related to Star Trek Fleet Command. When I spoke to a representative on the phone I did not feel they properly understood the game and why my purchases were being disputed.

Crash report on 12.2 Hi guys, I'm having trouble with a few apps on 12.2 Monterey (though I'm not sure it's because of the OS version). They all seem to have the same problem. They boot and crash and generate a crash report (below crash report from the Artlantis app): I will be grateful for your help.
