Problems with backups using iTunes

Whenever I connect my phone to my laptop to back up the data, it always does a page to set up as a new iPhone even though I have been using it for a few years now. And I have already backed it up a few times last year. How to resolve this issue and backup my phone (iCloud backups also don’t work even after a 200 GB plan)
