Pop up Blockers.

I am trying to disable pop up blockers on my MacBook Air using OS High Sierra.

I keep being told that I should click preferences-security and then uncheck pop up blockers. Unfortunately the security drop-down does NOT provide a pop up blocker option.

Can you advise me please.
