Constant access denied to apple music

Ive been subscribed to apple music over a year, as much as I love the product, I constantly have trouble accessing to it on Mac. I am based in China, and hope it has nothing to do with it...


Here is a screenshot of it. Can anyone help? I don't feel like paying for it when this happens twice a week...

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I can appreciate why you'd be upset with your subscription access given this error, so I'd be happy to see if I can help. Since we don't know too much about what's causing this, I recommend we start with some basic iTunes troubleshooting. Check this out: If you see an error in iTunes on your Mac or PC - Apple Support


There's a lot of great troubleshooting there, so be sure to walk through all of it. Let me know how that goes and if it yields any error messages or other information so we can apply that to the next steps we take.
