Unexpected Charge 0f $49,99

I was unexpectedly charged $49,99 (ITUNES.COM/BILL)


I've already checked my purchase history from both of my IDs, my family purchases, pre-orders etc. They all state that I haven't made any such payments. The support is unavailable. Please help me figure this out.
