Mac Pro OSX High Sierra keeps rebooting (panic type 14=page fault)

Hi all,

My Mac Pro has recently started cutting out and rebooting randomly. I have performed the usual tests (hardware - OK, reset SMC, PRAM, repaired disk etc) but still the problem exists. Running out of ideas and don't want to upgrade to Mojave just yet as mid project. The crash report is as follows. Does anyone have an idea of where to look at the problem? Many thanks.

Thank you for the excellent help BD Aqua, Barney-15E, I really appreciate it.

I looked initially like the PACE driver, I removed it (and the other drivers you suggested). The PACE driver was very old so I updated that and completely removed the Western Digital. (I never liked their GUI anyway). There was a thread about the PACE driver causing kernal panics so that was a good move. But then I still got re-boots and complete shut downs. I created 2 separate USB boot drives, once with a clean install of High Sierra and one of Mojave. Interestingly when booting from Mojave it only showed 48gb RAM (I have 64gb). So started to look at a possible memory failure, even though Apple Hardware Test did not pick it up.

I used etrecheck and it was showing memory chip 1 with EEC errors. The Apple System Profiler confirmed this.

So I took the casing off and took out all the RAM, gave everything a good vacuum out for any dust, reseated the RAM. I also installed SMC fan control as I push the computer pretty hard, as well as installing another fan in the server rack. So far it seems great and a lot faster without any crashes so far. Also used Northern Softworks Cache Cleaner to give everything a spring clean.

So thank a lot for your help, it looks like the issue is resolved and I can get this soundtrack done. Many thanks!

I wonder why the Cisco Router isn't handing out a DHCP IP?

I'm far from expert on this, but...

Kernel Extensions in backtrace:

Are all pointing at one of your Ethernet ports being associated with the crash, tough to tell if it's a problem with the RAM allocated to that port & it's doings, or some errant info munging the boat.

Uninstall these following developers instructions.

com.wdc.kddfuse.filesystems.kddfuse 3.8.2

com.paceap.kext.pacesupport.snowleopard 5.9.1

com.focusrite.rednet.driver.pcie 1.8.0

if the panics stop, reinstall one at a time and check to see if it causes any panics before installing the next one.

Kernel panics are are caused primarily by third-party kernel extensions and hardware faults. Eliminate the KEXTs to determine if is them or a hardware problem

Mac Pro OSX High Sierra keeps rebooting (panic type 14=page fault)
