It didn't help, I even formatted my drive and re installed MacOS.

But I just figured out something, The Mac only crashes when there's an attempt to play any sound (Using internal speaker). Any kind of sound effect even the delete sound or notification sound is causing the crash. When I plugged in my earplugs, It's working completely fine! No Issues at all. Also 'coreaudiod' process is not there in the activity monitor.

Please help solving this issue.
