Apple Music skipping/stopping/static after ios 11.4.1 upgrade CAN IT BE FIXED?

Apple Music skipping/stopping/static after ios 11.4.1 upgrade STILL EVEN ON IOS 12.2 BETA

Since the earlier 11.4.1 update, my music has been skipping and stopping of it's own accord....VERY FRUSTRATING AS A RUNNER....EVEN THROUGH NRC APP (NIKE RUN CLUB) the music continually skips halfway through a song or indeed starts skipping randomly !!!

I love my Apple devices but if a BASIC FUNCTION such as the MUSIC APP is still not functioning....Then it must be repaired with the highest priority !!!

CAN ANYONE FIX THIS ISSUE? IT SEEMS TO BE A MAJOR DESIGN FLAW CAN SOMEONE ADVISE??
