Iphone 7 Software Problem

I have this problem with my Iphone 7. First of all, it has blocked many apps and the camera opened, but not directly - it took some seconds. So I have decided to reset settings. Now nothing happenes as you in the picture, it stays like this. After I tried ti update it with itunes on my laptop, on my laptop it says it worked and restarted, but after a restart it is again like in the picture. (Itunes doesn't give an error). Do someone has an idea and can help me? A

Hey there, jetmir44,

Thanks for stopping by the Apple Support Communities. I understand from your post that your iPhone won't boot as expected. It will display the Apple logo and a loading bar, but won't actually get to your Lock screen. I'm happy to help!

Based on what you've described, I'd recommend that you use the "Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again" section of If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support.

Even if you've tried these steps, it may be worth while to try them again. When you place your device in recovery mode, it downloads the iOS software. If that download takes longer than 15 minutes, your iPhone will exit recovery mode and won't actually reinstall the iOS software once the download is finished.

If you've tried more than once and the issue does continue, however, please get in touch with Apple Support directly: Contact Apple Support.

Enjoy your weekend!
