iCloud Password problem

Dear All,


i have two apple id, one for icloud ( xxxxx@icloud.com) and one for itunes and apple store ( xxxxxx@gmail.com).

as i forgot my icloud password and also the recovery email, i cannot go through it to change the password or switch to new device.

when i try to reset my password using security questions, i cannot continue either as my birthday is not accepted.

as both apple id has been sign in into my device so i need your help to reset my icloud password so i could switch to my new iphone xs max.

I believe you can either specify and email address or other such as your phone number or other email address. If that isn't possible then contact Apple or see if the following helps:
