I am unable to print. The printer is says it either "Offline" or "Printer Not Connected". Tried several tips from Support Page to No Avail.

Hi, DirtWork 90, maybe I can help you. Have you run HP easy start, available here

https://support.hp.com/ca-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-7510-wide-format-all-in-one-printer-series/7127198

and there's always the good old reset the printer thing,.*If you want to print wirelessly, you have to run the Wireless Setup Wizard from the Printer's front panel. HP also suggests removing and re-adding the printer to the printer list. go to the apple menu, then system preferences, then print and scan. It could be called print and fax or print and scan. Click the name of your printer, then then the minus ( - ) sign, disconnect the usb/ethernet cable,. then click the Plus (+) sign, chooose your printer, then add. Also where it says minus and plus, if you hold down the option key and click on minus, it should reset the printing system.

  • turn the printer on if not already on, wait until printer is silent and idle. with the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord

from the back of the printer,. wait at least 60 seconds, plug power cord back into printer. turn on the printer if not already on

wait for printer to warm up before proceeding. and as a last resort, reset the smc/pmu and zap pram. how to do that can be found on apple's support page for notebooks or if you're impatient like me, google or yahoo the model number of your mac book and "how to zap ram and reset smc/pmu" )with or without quotes, then press return key on your keyboard. do what it suggests and get back to us, or post here again, and someone else will help you out
