I'm wanting to go fully Digital with my Calendar on my iPad using my apple pencil, but I need for the appointments that I WRITE IN to be linked with NOTIFCATIONS & ALERTS like the regular apple calendar does. Anybody have any sugguestions for an APP that does this? (not Goodnotes, Notability, PDF, etc....)

There does not appear to be any calendar app with handwriting recognition built in. That’s what you’d need, a calendar app with handwriting recognition to convert your written entries to actual digital calendar entries typed in.
