Can voice memo be hidden

Why is my voice memo recording visible on loked screen? I am able to start and stop recording without unlocking my phone. I need my voice memo recording to be completely hidden on locked screen.. i have attempted to hide it but nothing is working.. any suggestions?

How do you delete a voice memo on your iPhone if you are blind and using voiceover? How do you delete a voice memo if you are blind? Asking for a blind student- he uses voiceover and doesn’t know how to delete voice memos

To my knowledge, that feature is not available.
